The study explore the critical challenges faced by women Labourers working in Agriculture and allied sectors in Haryana , focusing on the districts of Sirsa and Bhiwani . Data were collected from 120 respondents revealed issues such as low wages limited decision -making power work place discrimination, gender biases and job insecurity .Health concerns including serve head aches, back pain,and blood pressure issues were prevalent . cultural restrictions, such as mobility and behavioural constraints, further compounded their struggle.Economic hard ships , including wage dis parties and lack of job benefits , were significant along side poor awareness of welfare programmes and labor laws.
