Abstract

Cannabinoids are natural active patches used for the treatment of appetite/weight loss due to HIV/AIDS and chemotherapy according FDA it's the class of antiemetics and antiepileptic class of medicine. The phytocomplex of the cannabis factory is made up of 500 motes, of which about a hundred belong to the cannabinoid chemical class. These are of lesser interest to pharmacists because decarboxylated forms of 9- tetrahydracannabinol and cannabinol since they get fluently absorbed in the intestine. The endocannabinoid system is a complex molecular/ natural system distributed throughout the body involved in numerous physiological places like maintaining internal balance in the skin, digestive tract, liver, and the respiratory, cardiovascular and reproductive systems. Several pathological conditions may arise because of some disturbances in these ECS.
