The Delphi approach is based on the belief that combining artificial intelligence with a researcher’s analysis can improve individual judgment. In actuality, the researcher selects a panel of specialists and creates a frequentative sequence of questionnaires that represents a round of questions, and then they are answered by panellists anonymously, on a question of importance.
The panellists are given feedback after each round in the form of a statistical summary of the responses from the entire group. The aim of several rounds is to narrow the range of responses and reach an agreement based on predetermined criteria. Delphi System narrows down the chances of uncertainty and depicts any data with high precision.
