Artificial Intelligence (AI) is probably the most unique invention in th field of science and technology which is making the human life better than ever. This is primarily because since its inception, AI is putting huge impact on almost each and every aspect of the advancedliving. Strating from smart phones, self driven cars, to medical diagnosis and many more, now we can find the extensive use of AI technology. Therefore, it is quite natural that it must have its role to play in the field of commerce also. Thus, in this chapter an attemept is being made first of all to draw attention towards the conceptual framework of AI, then this chapter gives glimpse about the role of AI in some crucial areas of commerce covering E-commerce, Marketing and Human Resource. Finally this chapter concludes with the impression that more and more studies and researches must be conducted with the objective ofextensive as well safe use of AI in other areas of commerce like finance, supply chain, accounting, to help the organisations grow advanced and also to provide a sound conceptual base to the researcher about the use of AI to find the new areas of AI usage.
