Digital transformation is concentrated on reinventing a company's set of procedures and behaviours, with the culture of the organization serving as its heart and soul. Digital transformation, however, is strategically matched to an organization's strategy and goals once it has been successfully included. An organizational workflow benefits from mental agility and hand-eye coordination brought forth by a digital culture, which enables it to seize greater possibilities. However, by implementing digital transformation, you're essentially training your company to accept a new set of objectives, procedures, attitudes, behaviors and practices, which is of course no small effort for a leader. While trying to completely revamp a company, there will be a lot of difficult obstacles to overcome. This chapter examines the role of culture in enabling the digital transformation successful with the right direction of leaders and their philosophies.
