This research paper is trying to explore the relationship between organizational leadership and work ethics within modern workplace environments. Effective leadership plays a pivotal role in fostering a strong culture with strong work ethics. That culture with ethics are very crucial for organizational success and employee well-being. With the help of an extensive literature review, this paper identifies key components of organizational leadership that contribute to shaping work ethics. It examines the impact of leadership styles, ethical leadership practices and organizational culture on work ethics. Additionally, this paper highlights the benefits of promoting work ethics and tried to provide recommendations for organizational leadership to cultivate a positive work ethic among employees.
