The career orientation of the Individuals over the period of time has totally changed. Gone are the times when individuals used to just be in their workplaces from 9 to 5. The passion, financial needs or a desire to serve the society has led individuals to peruse multiple careers at one go. Are we talking of being partially engaged in Gig work or moonlighting well, that’s a question to reflect upon. Technology has enabled individuals to be involved in multiple careers at the same time. Pandemic has a great role to play in it.
