This chapter provides a brief idea about the recent developments in the field of catalysis using waste materials. The waste derived from households, industries and agriculture are produced in tons of weight daily. Therefore, the use of waste as homogeneous or heterogeneous catalyst can be attributed as a great contribution for the chemical and material science society. The catalysts resulting from waste are good alternative to the synthetic catalysts as they are cost effective, eco-friendly and atom economic.
