Water pollution is a significant issue affecting all living species and is caused by various factors such as domestic and commercial waste management, industrial waste, and overuse of pesticides and chemicals. It can lead to soil erosion, decreased fertility in agricultural fields, and the spread of diseases like Cholera, Dysentery, Typhoid, Diarrhea, Hepatitis, and Jaundice. To combat this, water treatment plants and environmental education programs are essential, but the primary responsibility lies with the government, NGOs, and national research institutions. Everyone should take responsibility for addressing water pollution.
