An Ethnomedical survey of plant species was conducted which is used in the treatment of diseases of agency areas like Paderu, Anakapalle, Araku, and Narsipatnam in Visakhapatnam District Revenue Divisions, Andhra Pradesh state.There are 33 tribal group inhabit in Andhra prdesh state among 13 tribal group people live in this agency areas. The ethnobotanical data of these areas were collected through discussions, questionnaires, interviews and enquires among the tribal people and elderly persons having thorough knowledge of the medicinal plants. The present work investigation revealed that total number of 90 medicinal plants of 84 genus belong to 61 families was recorded which are potentially used for the treatment of various disorders.
