Value addition of flower crops is a process that enhances employment, economic value, and reduction of post-harvest losses and supplies better quality for farmers' empowerment and below-poverty line people. Value addition in flowers is a good source of income by self-employment. It fetches higher prices for the same quantity of the primary products through various methods of processing and quality improvement. Different types of value-added products can be prepared from both fresh and dry flowers like processed products, floral arrangements, etc. In the present chapter various value-added products from fresh flowers like floral jewelry, wreaths, pomanders, corsages, boutonnieres, floral strings, rangoli, garlands, and from dry flowers like dry flower arrangements, floral candles, floral gift wrap, potpourri, press-dried flower products, petal embedded handmade papers, processed products like Pankhuri, Gul-Khand, essential oils, etc., are enumerated for enhanced comprehension.
