Personality refers to the collection of both inner and outer qualities of an individual. The NEP 2020 also aimed to develop all aspects of children through transforming the entire education system both qualitatively and quantitatively. Like NEP 2020, previous Indian educational policies, plan and commissions also have taken the same goal for children. To achieve that goal the NEP 2020 proposed huge amount of suggestions, recommendations and advices to all stages of education system. This article is the analysis of the major challenges that may face in school and higher education during the time of implementation of the policy. The entire analysis in this article will encourage readers to think more new challenges that may arise during implementation in school as well as higher education along with their remedial measures.
