To simply chemical reactions and to adopt ecofriendly production process for sustainable development in synthetic chemistry and to control chemical reaction. An electrical switch may holds significant potential sectors among pharmaceuticals and material science. An experimental setup was made by using two electrodes in small box containing the reaction mixture which generates electric field as a result sustainable reaction takes place. The change in molecular stems from the movement of electrons, from one location within a molecule to another. These electrons can be affected by an external electric field which favours the potential for electrical manipulation of chemical reactions. This innovative detailed study in Science Advances, promises to transform the synthesis of new molecules. By leveraging electric fields, researchers aim not only to enhance the eco-friendliness of production processes but also to simplify and refine the control of chemical reactions. The greenness of chemical reactions assessed with the help of different software tools GAPI (green analytical procedure index), AGREE (analytical greenness calculator metric), iGAL (innovation green aspiration level) etc.
