When immature permanent teeth become non-vital, the prognosis of the teeth is compromised. Disinfection and obturation of root canals with open apices can be challenging. Revascularisation is useful procedure for treatment of immature necrotic permanent teeth. Clinically, Revascularisation procedures consist of disinfection by intra-canal medicaments followed by blood clot induction or autologous fibrin matrix like platelet rich plasma or platelet rich fibrin implantation in the canal and periodic follow ups. Regenerative endodontic procedures may increase prognosis of immature permanent teeth. Today, pulp revascularization is a promising approach for treating immature permanent teeth. Clinical literature indicates that regenerative endodontic procedures result in significant increase in root length and dentinal wall thickness. This article presents a case series of three cases where revascularization procedures were successfully used to treat immature anterior permanent teeth with peri- apical lesions. The outcome of revascularization was evaluated in terms of periapical healing, apical closure and lateral wall thickening.
