The role of teachers in shaping the future of society is irreplaceable, yet the increasing demands on their time, energy, and emotional resources have made teachers’ well-being a growing concern and it is a lingering one. This chapter explore the multifaceted nature of teacher’s wellbeing, and the phenomenon of burnout. The effective strategies for burnout prevention also discussed in detail. By highlighting the importance of mental health support, workload management, and fostering a positive school culture, this study underscores the need for comprehensive approaches to sustain teacher well-being and, consequently, which enhances educational outcomes.
