A laser-controlled land levelling system prototype has been developed which comprises of a laser transmitter, a laser receiver, an intelligent controller and an automated level controller. A laser transmitter is rotated at an angle of 180 degrees with the help of a stepper motor, which is used to create a laser reference plane over the field. A laser beam from the laser transmitter is allowed to strike the receiver containing an array of light dependant resistors.
