Adolescents are one of the important groups of the population and constitutes a considerable percentage of the country. Adolescence is a stage of rapid physiological and psychological growth especially for girls. The area of reproductive health is not new but unfortunately despite the researches being conducted all over the country, adolescent girls are devoid of the correct information which makes them vulnerable to problems of reproductive health. This chapter presents the current scenario of adolescent girls in terms of reproductive health and different researches being done in this area of aspects related to menstruation, puberty, family planning, HIV/AIDS and RH problems
