The outcome of the research will explains about how the various independent factors like: Reliability, Responsiveness, Agility, Operating cost and Asset utilization will impact on effective supply chain management practices. The researcher used descriptive research design to collect the data from various respondents. The researcher used structured questionnaire to collect the data from various respondents. The all (GFI, AGFI, TLI) have shown >.90. The RMSEA value also shown <.08. Therefore, it is evident from the analysis that all the constructs have shown the significant results with the parameters.
