We intend to discuss the prey-predator interactive model here with infection in prey population. Normally, prey is eaten by predator but here we considered two different classes of prey, normal prey and infected prey. Here the infected prey is being emphasized and the relation of it with predator and normal prey is considered.
In this work, the equilibrium points are being found including their Local stability analysis. The importance of each sensitive parameter is identified through sensitivity analysis using the Next Generation Matrix method on the infected prey population. Major role of few parameters for sensitivity analysis at each point has been observed. Moreover, the impact of each parameter is justified numerically for infected prey population.
