The technology transfers” is actually a structural process of learning. The key components of a transfer can be identified as knowledge, derives from real world experience together with human expertise capable of transforming that Knowledge into action. Agricultural extension is the process of carrying the technology and new scientific knowledge of agriculture to the farmers in order to enable the farmers to utilize the knowledge and a better economy. Adopting new innovations is one of the major areas in technology that has been researched extensively in order to determine the primary factors influencing people to accept technologies and implement them in their activities. That’s especially important when we begin to combine the words “adoption behaviour”. Innovations do not diffuse. It only appears that way on the outside looking in.
