Abstract

This research is conducting for find out how innovation affects buying behaviour of consumers. How product innovation affects brand image of company and satisfaction level of customers. This research is based on theoretical approach. Qualitative techniques is used for research. Results of the research indicate that innovation has impact on consumer buying behaviour, brand image and customer satisfaction.
