Plant growth hormone are many factors can cause and affect cell growth in the plant such as external (environmental) and internal factors; one of the most important internal factors is plant growth hormones. Many hormones required for cell growth, such as auxins, gibberellins, brassinosteroids, ethylene, jasmonates, salicylic acid, strigolactones and cytokinins which able to accelerate or promote growth, but, some hormone-like abscisic acid has an adverse effect on growth which increases seed dormancy by inhibiting cell growth. Gene expression wide range of mechanisms that are used by cells to increase or decrease the production of specific gene products (protein or RNA). Soil water is also an important material for photosynthetic reactions that plants depend the finish accumulation of photosynthetic products, which are impacted greatly by physiological pathways and environmental factors (such as soil water supply). The influence of water deficits for plant metabolism is very apparent, which is mainly restraining the anabolism by reducing the activity of synthase and strengthening the catabolism by increasing the activity of hydrolytic enzymes. This includes the reduction of protein, chlorophyll, DNA, RNA and plant growth hormone synthesis, which could destroy the normal metabolism and cause growth disorder.
