The change permits the organization if it is really and effectively carried out and adjusts to the change of the world to get an amazing chance to acquire an upper hand. Management of change involves three phases, such as adjusting to change, controlling change, and finally influencing change. The main initial stage, adjusting to change, is deciding on the mental preparation of individuals to adjust to the changes and their ability to focus on the change. The subsequent stage includes controlling the change and executing it in day-to-day existence. Ultimately, influencing the change is to support the change and to become acclimated to it throughout everyday life. A difficult thing to determine is how long it will take an association to implement a change management program, considering individual representatives' ability to adjust, as some could accept the change quickly, while others may take their time to participate. Very much like a few workers will be content with the change, and some could not. Thus the role of leadership is vitally significant to bring change to the organization. The leadership should communicate and cooperate with the gathering of representatives to support the drawn-out process changes. This present study tried to focus on various leadership elements which can bring organizational change.
