The aim of this research is to explore the level of financial literacy among students and its impact on their participation in the stock market. With the increasing complexity of financial markets and the growing importance of individual investment decisions, it is essential to examine the financial literacy levels among the younger generation and their engagement in stock market activities. This study will adopt a quantitative research approach, utilizing a structured questionnaire to collect data from a sample of management students. The questionnaire will encompass key areas of financial literacy, including knowledge of basic financial concepts, understanding of investment instruments, and investment decision-making. Furthermore, the research will investigate the stock market participation of students, including their experience, frequency of trading, investment strategies, and perceived barriers to entry. The study will also explore the sources of financial information and education that students rely on to enhance their financial literacy and make informed investment decisions. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the financial literacy levels of students and their relationship with stock market participation. The results can be used by educational institutions, policymakers, and financial institutions to develop targeted interventions and educational programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy among management students.
