This chapter looks at how well different teaching strategies can raise student achievement. The study tries to determine the best effective teaching tactics by contrasting online education, interactive learning strategies, and traditional lecture-based training. Students were randomly assigned to one of the three teaching modalities using a robust experimental design, and standardized assessments were used to gauge their performance. The study employed an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) to evaluate any variations in the average test results between the groups. The findings illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of each teaching strategy by exposing notable differences in student outcomes. While useful in some situations, traditional lectures were found to be less engaging than online and interactive approaches, which showed higher student performance and engagement. For educators and policymakers looking to adopt research-based teaching strategies that optimize student learning, these findings offer insightful information. Recommendations for incorporating successful teaching strategies to create a welcoming and active learning environment.
