However, challenges in maintaining a balanced diet persist due to factors such as food insecurity, socio-economic barriers, lifestyle constraints, and psychological influences on dietary choices. Recognizing the profound impact of nutrition on both physical and mental health, promoting balanced eating habits is essential for a healthier and more fulfilling life.
