We all are living in a knowledge economy wherein information and knowledge sharing is pivotal for organizational development and sustainability. However, it is the organizational culture which determines the success of organizations in knowledge economy. With this backdrop, the present study examines the reliability and factorial validity of organizational culture scale in academic context. Data has been collected through a modified version of organizational culture scale (Retrieved from North Dakota State University on 31.12.2024) in a sample of 70 students who are pursuing management education from a reputed institute in south India. After checking reliability and sample adequacy through SPSS (version 25), it has been found that there are primarily five dimensions of organizational culture with specific reference to academic organizations. In the light of the obtained results, implications have been discussed followed by conclusion.
