Menstruation is a typical physiological event that happens to females during the reproductive period. But social stigma and numerous other superstitious beliefs still surround it, even in the twenty-first century. Numerous women are at risk for reproductive infections, including genitourinary tract infections, cervical cancer, and general poor quality of life as a result of this and a lack of information about proper menstrual hygiene. The purpose of this study was to determine participants' knowledge of menstruation, menstrual hygiene, beliefs, and sources of menstrual hygiene information.
