As we know that challenging circumstances or situations are a part of life. In today’s age there’s a lots of competition that makes the individual even more stressful and apprehensive about the future. Positive thinking can play a major role in every individual’s life. In the present scenario during a difficult situation everyone stresses on the statement ‘Please stay positive’. But do they really know the meaning of being positive and how it can be cultivated and used by a person to lead a healthy and happy life?
