The purpose of the study is to analyse the Teachers Attitude towards E-learning in Tiruvallur District. The high school teachers of Tiruvallur District as constitute the population of the study. The sample consists of 180 teachers of high schools from 18 different schools of Tiruvallur District. Attitude towards e-learning Scale (ATELS-RD): This scale has been developed and standardized by Dimple Rani. This scale comprises of 65 items. It has four dimensions as I) e-learning interest, II) Usefulness, III) ease of e-learning, IV) e-learning confidence. The finding of the study reveals that the Average level of Attitude towards e-learning among high school teachers. The study reveals that there is no significant difference between the Male and Female school teachers Attitude towards E-learning. It was found that there is exists significant difference between the rural and urban school teachers Attitude towards E-learning.
