Education can be defined as an act of training and teaching that aims to nurture an individual's positive characteristics and bring out the best in him or her. Philosophy and education are inextricably linked and interdependent. Education follows the road laid out by philosophy. This chapter's major goal is to present the concepts of education and philosophy, as well as their relationship. For this study, the researcher used secondary data such as books, research journals, and research papers. The researcher discussed the modern and western schools of philosophy in this chapter.
