Abstract

Powerlifting is one of the remarkable types of sport, which helps to develop the strength of muscle, increase their mass separation and develops a well Define physique. The objective of powerlifting is to test the strength of a person and find the one who can lift the highest weight from the ground. This is a sport where competitors have in their mind that his physical fitness, technique and strength are very important. The powerlifter should be able to exert great pressure in pulling and pushing movements strong shoulder and leg muscle are vital to maintain stability while lifting weight.
