The book chapter is involved with the analysis of the nano-biotechnological approach for enhancement of crop yield in the current condition. Nanobiotechnology has been associated with the application of the nanoparticles involved in the gene transformation to support the context of higher crop yield according to the current demand of the population. Smart farming is an approach that involves in the implication of nanoparticles associated with the improvement in the crop production. The study has highlighted the approach of peptide-based transfer of the nanoparticles to enhance the resistance of the plants in the context of natural disasters. There have been a number of dedicated studies to find out the toxic effects on the plant metabolism upon exposure to nano materials. The entry point or the penetration point of the nanoparticles have been done. This, identifying the measure of to frame a better alternative to gene gun and bombarding. This is because the procedure makes the biomolecules to be more active than required. These are used to penetrate the cell wall and membrane of the sales. This study has included all the resources required for the next steps in treating desired plants with appropriate solutions for the readers
